Sometimes I feel that cars with Area 5 decals are not legitimate residents of Ridgely's Delight. I also see a lot of visitor parking passes getting abused. I have contacted UMB parking authority and they told me it's not their problem that employees/students park in Ridgely's, it's more of the enforcement problem. Should we contact the mayor? I think visitor passes should be cancelled; parking signs for residents only as the 2-hour parking for nonresidents are not enforced; one legitimate decal for each household..
